Colorado Vintner's is a family owned winery located in Palisade, Colorado. Along with the wines produced on site, our tasting room showcases a curated selection of Colorado wines. The focus is to create an exceptional guest experience, while educating patrons on the unique terroir of Colorado and the emerging world class wines being produced from the region.

We are a family-owned vineyard and winery located in Palisade, Colorado, on East Orchard Mesa, above the Colorado river. Our 10-acre property is surrounded by peach and cherry orchards with breathtaking views of the Grand Mesa and Bookcliff mountains. Our wines are made from grapes grown in our vineyard and also from neighboring vineyards when grapes are available. We have 6 varieties planted – Barbera, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon. The name restoration was inspired by our passion for restoration projects – from homes to cars (vintage Mercedes Benz) to vineyards. Opening under new ownership in the facilities and location of the former Palisade Brewery, the Palisade Brewing Company began brewing in 2010. Nestled in the middle of western Colorado’s wine country, we brew innovative American style beer with respect to the traditional roots of craft brewing. While we always strive to be original and innovative with our beer, we would never turn our backs on the European fundamentals that define craft brewing. We are constantly pushing to keep up with the evolving palette of the craft beer community in Colorado, and keep our rather colorful locals happy all at the same time.

The name COLTERRIS means “from the Colorado land.” Our wines will always be produced 100% from our 188 acre estate. Situated along the Colorado River, the favorable meso-climates and volcanic soils of our vineyard locations contribute to the rich color, intense fruit flavors and robust character that make COLTERRIS wines unique.

In the heart of Colorado’s Grand Valley lies Carboy Winery’s Estate vineyard and tasting room. Sitting at 4742 feet above sea level Carboy Winery at Mt. Garfield Estate has a commanding view of Mount Garfield and the famed Book Cliff Mountains. Home to epic outdoor adventures, we welcome guests to Après Bike at our newest location and soak in the breathtaking views of our panoramic rooftop patio.

Nestled between pear and peach orchards, our distillery is located right along the perfect slow moving bend of the Colorado River. Our shaded patio or rustic tasting room provides the perfect atmosphere to sit back, relax, and unwind.
